1.	There is no purchase necessary to win.
2.	Altraverse, Mongoose On The Loose, Purple Roofs, Purple Unions, Gay Realty Network, Gay Living Resource, Mi Casa Su Casa, and our partners accept no responsibility for lost, mutilated or misdirected entries.
3.	Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Winners will be asked for proof of age, and that they are residents of the United States or Canada.
4.	Winners will be asked if their names can be used on the Altraverse website or in other Altraverse materials for publicity purposes. There is no obligation - winners may request that this information be withheld.
5.	The sweepstakes sponsor, at its discretion, may substitute prizes.
6.	The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
7.	Void where prohibited by law.
8.	Submitting an entry to this sweepstakes, via this page, constitutes acceptance of Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by these official rules.
9.	The winner will receive the prize as listed, subject to availability (there may be certain blackout periods). Prizes can be redeemed anytime after the sweepstakes ends through an October 1st 2009 start date. Confirmation will be given on a space-available basis only - some black-out dates may apply (especially holiday weeks/weekends). Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
10.	Winners are responsible for transportation to, from, and in the sweepstakes destination. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
11.	The prizes are nontransferable, may not be substituted, and are not redeemable in cash.
12.	By virtue of entering this sweepstakes, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, the sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and Subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or programming, omission, deletion, or equipment failure. If, for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes.
13.	Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, or certificates.
14.	Winners are responsible for all applicable international, state and local taxes.
15.	Employees of the sponsor, their spouses or significant others, and families are not eligible to win.
16.	Winner must contact Altraverse by email to info@altraverse.com by October 15th, 2008 to accept the prize. If the winner has not contacted Altraverse by that time, a new winner will be drawn.
17.	Email addresses submitted for this sweepstakes will be added to the Altraverse and sweepstakes property email lists.These lists are not shared with any other parties, and you may have your address removed from either or both lists at any time by requesting removal from the list managers.
18.	This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 21 years of age as of 4/1/09, except employees (and their families) of Altraverse.com ("Sponsor"). Subject to federal, state, and local laws. Void in Colorado, the province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies and agents are not responsible for any damages, losses or injuries that entrants may sustain in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or their acceptance or use of a prize.
