At Pacific Spirit Guest House, we serve a 5 course West Coast breakfast - our selections change every day. Each meal includes home-made baked goods, fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, toast, organic fair-trade coffee, tea, and juice.

Breakfast can also include oven-baked waffles, apple pancakes, or French Toast, baked brie, egg dishes and hot, fresh bread, and much more. Have special dietary needs or preferences? Just let us know in advance, and we'll provide delicious breakfasts that work for you.

Need some clothes washed while you're here? Just let us know - we offer same-day laundry service.

There's also a refrigerator in each room for guest use stocked with beverages, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster and more.

Each room comes with fluffly bath towels, comfortable guest robes, wifi internet access, a 20" television with fifty seven cable channels, phone, fresh flowers, and heated mattress pad.

Our bath products are all locally sourced - shampoo, conditioner and shower gel products are all made with essential oils, and have no artificial coloring, fragrance or perfumes.

There's plenty of parking, too, for our guests. Pacfic Spirit Guest House welcomes families with children of all ages, and well behaved pets.

We're just up the street from Pacific Spirit Regional Park, a huge, natural Vancouver park that's actually larger than the more famous Stanley Park. The park offers leash-free areas for dog owners, miles and miles of trails, and connects to the University of British Columbia and the beautiful waters of the Strait of Georgia.

We're also just a short drive from Downtown Vancouver's great restaurants and shopping.

Deposit:	After making a reservation you will be asked to provide a one-night's deposit or credit card number to hold the room.
Cancellations:	When notice of seven days or more is given, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. When less than seven days notice is given, the one-night's deposit is forfeited.
