Located in the heart of the Historic District in Key West, Florida, the Garden House offers affordable accommodations just two blocks from Duval Street, and a block-and-a-half from the historic Seaport. You will feel very comfortable in our quiet location, yet you will be only steps away from all that Key West has to offer: scuba diving, snorkeling, sunset cruises, waterfront dining, Key West's active nightlife and so much more.
The Garden House offers tastefully decorated rooms in a tropical environment, with a daily continental breakfast and a nightly beer & wine happy hour - all included with the price of your room.

Our rooms offer you all the comforts of home and our staff is always willing to help you find your way around our Tropical Island. We will be happy to help you with all your plans while you are visiting us in Key West. We also offer packages for Weddings and Honeymoons.

$90 - $175 Rates vary by room and season

There is an additional charge of $20 per person for additional guests. Monroe County has a 7.50% sales tax and a 4.0% lodging tax that will be added to each room charge.
POLICIES
Cancellations:
You agree to our cancellation policy, which states The Garden House has a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 14 days you forfeit your entire deposit and if outside the 14 days you agree to pay a $20 processing fee. We require 30 and 60 day cancellation policies on some Holidays and Special Event/Offers.
Check-In:
2:00 - 6:00 PM. Please make advance arrangements with the Innkeeper if you are unable to arrive during this time.
Check-Out:
11:00 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Children:
The Garden House seeks to provide a quiet, restful, and romantic environment best suited for adults. However, accommodations are available for children thirteen and older at all times other than Fantasy Fest.
Pets:
We love pets here at The Garden House, but out of courtesy to those of our guests who have pet allergies, we have decided to discontinue our policy to allow small pets. However, please keep in mind that even though pets will no longer be allowed in our rooms "Fluffy" is the true proprietor of The Garden House and she will continue to roam the common grounds.
Smoking:
There is no smoking in any of the rooms at The Garden House. Smoking is permitted in outside areas only! We reserve the right to evict anyone immediately for smoking in our rooms, plus charge a $50 clean-up fee.
