Owned and occupied by José María (Joseph M.) “Pepe” Ronstadt for 21 years until his death in 1933 also owned by several other important Tucson citizens over the years.

POLICIES

Reservations:
All rooms are priced for two persons. Additional people (no matter the age) are charged $30.00 per night. An Aero-Bed is available.

Cancellations:
Reservation cancellations require one week notice.

Check-In:
3-6pm. However, we are more than happy to work with your time of arrival. Please! Call us and let us know when you intend to check in. We have daily errands to run and occasionally we go out to dinner.

Children:
Due to the historic nature of the house, we do not encourage children under 12 years.

Pets:
Because it is free standing, pets are considered for only room four "Cottage". No other rooms are allowed pets. Restrictions apply! Call for details.

Smoking:
All rooms are non-smoking and guest will be charged for cleaning if they choose to smoke in a room, however, each room has a nice outside porch
